Mr. Prem Prakash Pandey is an accomplished Hydropower professional having more than 13 years of experience in Implementing Hydropower projects in Nepal and abroad. A highly experienced Civil Engineer who is leading the 6.82 MW Hidi Khola Hydropower Project in Lamjung, Mr. Pandey has proved how to turn complex plans into solid-built structures well within time, budget, and most important of all without any compromise in technical standards.
He has experience in the management and engineering of multiple hydropower projects, from inception stage to design to regulatory approvals to construction and commissioning. 
Mr.Pandey holds a Master's Degree on Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering from North China Electric Power University, China, in July 2016, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Nepal Engineering College, Pokhara University in August 2009. With proficiency in English, Chinese and  Hindi languages, he is recognized for his leadership ability, stakeholder engagement skills, expertise in complex regulatory compliance processes, design optimization, and negotiation tactics.
Mr. Pandey has taken part in various national and international mega-scale workshops, trainings and conferences conducted on different aspects of hydropower development, including tunneling, financing and risk management.
