The company is officially registered with the Office of the Company Registrar under Registration No. 273175/078/079, with its registered office located at Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Ward No. 31, Minbhawan, Kathmandu.

Originally incorporated as White Lotus Power Pvt. Ltd. on 28th January 2018 (Registration No. 182474/074/075), the company was later converted into a public limited company on 23rd September 2021 to align with its long-term vision of expanding its footprint in Nepal’s growing hydropower sector and opening doors for broader public participation.
