Mr. Keshab Pandey is an experienced Electrical Engineer with over six years of professional expertise in the hydropower sector, specializing in project management, design, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation of hydropower plants, transmission lines, and substations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pandey has been actively involved in the complete project lifecycle—from technical documentation and detailed engineering to supervision of electromechanical and hydro-mechanical works. His work spans across multiple notable hydropower projects, where he has overseen turbine and generator installations, control systems, high-voltage transmission lines, and switchyard construction, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

At Hidi Khola Hydropower Project, Mr. Pandey plays a key role in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and government agencies to execute the electrical and electromechanical components of the project efficiently. His technical proficiency extends to the use of advanced tools and software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, Primavera P6, and SCADA systems, complemented by hands-on expertise in testing equipment and maintenance practices.

Driven by a commitment to precision, safety, and sustainable engineering, Mr. Pandey continues to contribute his knowledge and leadership to ensure the successful and timely completion of the Hidi Khola Hydropower Project.
